What was the intent of the Top Notes, Middle Notes Base Notes equal in every review of perfume?

Every perfume consists of three notes changing along with the duration of the use of perfume

Top Notes is a scent that is felt immediately when the spray perfume. Top notes consist of small molecular-molecular evaporate quickly. They formed the initial impression of a perfume and thus are very important in selling perfume. Also called "Head Notes".

Middle Notes is a perfume that appears when the aroma of top notes begin to disappear. Middle notes are a major part of a perfume and scent work as kamoflase of Basenote that sometimes less pleasant when it first came (but over time become attractive). Middle Notes are also often referred to as "Heart Notes"

Base Notes is a perfume that appears when the aroma of middle notes start to disappear. Middle and Base notes are the main scent of a perfume. Compounds of basenote typically rich and "deep" and are usually not perceived until 30 minutes after application.
